New years goal



         Some of the goals I have in mind for the upcoming year are; to get good grades and maintain them for the rest of the year. Another, is to work-out more often, so that I can not only get stronger but to get ready for next years football season. This would help me in the future, so that I don't get hurt on the field. Plus, it wouldn't hurt to work on my speed. I'm going to complete all of this by, working out at least 3 times a week in the weight room, attempt to lift 40 pounds or more than I already can do, and get my body used to a steady diet. Finally, I plan on getting better grades by trying in school more than I have been, and running every so often to increase my mile time.
